Board and HR staff said most teachers are certified and that some are provisionally certified pending state assessments; HR committed to providing more detailed certification breakdowns.
The board accepted the HR monthly report in a separate vote that was recorded during the business meeting. The meeting transcript shows one recorded opposition to the HR vote (Dr. Morley), who said she would not support approval until additional information was provided about certification and which classrooms remain without fully certified staff.
