Sudbury facilities analysis estimated roughly $22,000 in restoration work for the yellow South Sudbury station and about $12,000 for the section house roof and shingles; both would require public discussion about future uses and restoration priorities if acquired. Commissioners asked staff to follow up with Adam and with Eversource about two large timbers and whether they must be removed before the town's next steps. Chris Hager said the topic should remain on future agendas pending MBTA decisions.
