Plano ISD rolls out Salesforce CRM for Partners in Education program; early data show increased tracked gifts and partner participation

Plano ISD presented an update Feb. 4 on the district’s Partners in Education (PIE) program and the recent Salesforce CRM rollout used to track partnerships, donations and volunteer activity.
Superintendent Dr. Teresa Williams introduced the update and Britney Esery and Shannon Patterson described a multi-phase rollout: the PIE committee formed in 2023; a CRM decision and implementation in 2024; and training and data capture in late 2024 and early 2025.
