Board reviews $211,388 purchase of Amplify reading consumables, plans to place item on consent agenda

District staff told the board they recommend purchasing Amplify Reading consumables for Wichita Falls ISD elementary campuses at a cost of $211,388.60. Speaker 6 said the purchase will be made via the BuyBoard RFP and requires board approval because the total exceeds $100,000; $111,000 of the purchase would be funded by the McCoy Foundation as designated support for Amplify materials.
