ZBA approves wayfinding and tenant signs for industrial park with minor setback adjustments

She explained which signs must be higher for truck visibility and which can be smaller for car traffic.
The city planner recommended approval for most signs but asked the petitioner to adjust two signs where a tree could be impacted. The petitioner agreed to set both signs back as far as reasonable (7–8 feet where feasible) rather than remove trees. With those adjustments the board voted 5–0 to approve the sign program.
The board emphasized maintaining visibility for truck drivers while preserving existing trees where possible; the petitioner said the tenant mix may change and final sign faces and sizes will be refined during permit review.
