Council members asked clarifying questions about drainage and roadway impacts and staff said those issues were considered in the tentative‑map environmental review and that the town’s forthcoming drainage master plan will further study local drainage concerns.
The motion to approve passed 6–0. Any future development on the new lots will be subject to applicable zoning, design standards, and permit reviews.
