Treasurer Muse presented the vendor claims and the court moved and approved payment by roll call. The clerk called each commissioner; those named on the roll call responded in the affirmative.
On the roadside-litter program, the court discussed a remaining grant balance and an upcoming 100‑mile cleanup. To avoid repeated special-called meetings, members approved a motion to pre-authorize disbursements from the state grant; the action was conditioned on Solid Waste Director Taylor verifying mileage and contract terms before payments are finalized.
The court also reexamined a recent purchase by the road department after staff reported a manufacturer rebate had lapsed before the county approved payment. Finance staff gave a revised total for the two trucks of $94,802 and said the available rebate is now $1,500 per truck rather than $3,000. A motion to reapprove payment and adjust the authorization for the trucks was moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
No dissenting votes were recorded during the recorded roll calls. The court adjourned following final business and a motion to close the special-called meeting.
