Board approves extension of option agreement for Dr. Lapis property to April 30, 2025

A supervisor moved "that we allow the extension." The chair called for a second; the board voted and the chair announced the motion carried with a 6–0 tally. The extension moves the option deadline to April 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.; all other terms remain unchanged.
The board then recessed and adjourned the meeting after brief procedural discussion about a VACO delegate letter.
