Montgomery County governing body approves agenda, minutes and treasurer's report, then moves to closed session

Toward the end of the public portion, Speaker 2 said the meeting was ready to move into closed session. Speaker 1 moved to go into the closed meeting "for the reason stated on the agenda," a second was recorded and the members voted to enter closed session.
