Iron County assessor shows Greenbelt audit results, new GIS and mobile QuickCapture tool to speed reappraisals
Summary
Assessor staff presented county Greenbelt statistics and demonstrated a custom GIS 'insights' map and a QuickCapture mobile tool that captured routes and more than 5,000 photos in a month, enabling faster audits and reappraisals and potential machine-learning checks for missed improvements.
Assessor staff presented a broad review of Iron County—armland Assessment Act (Greenbelt) data and showed a new GIS-guided workflow they say will speed audits, reappraisals and enforcement.
