Several lot‑joiner applications and associated public-utility‑easement vacations were also approved, some conditionally pending minor additional land‑use office details.
Planning & Zoning commissioners briefed the board that the proposed changes were generally consistent with the general plan and surrounding uses. Where Planning & Zoning recommended conditions, they were incorporated or made a condition of final approval. The commission approved the listed ordinances and lot actions by voice vote.
