Separately, the board considered revised lease terms for a Lions Back Resort screen advertising agreement. Alex moved to approve the airport property advertising lease as written with a one‑year term; Jason seconded. The board voted in favor and will forward the lease to the county commission for final action.
Staff will work with Laurel and Tara to enumerate core advertising policies in the minimum standards and keep the detailed template as an attachment, then return a full redline and recommendation at a future meeting.
