Duchesne branch remodel set for ribbon cutting Dec. 17; soft opening planned Jan. 6

"There's a couple things like, for example, our break room has no outlet for the fridge," a staff member said, and also noted at least one restroom required work to meet ADA standards that could involve tile replacement. Board members discussed logistics for moving furniture and shelving back into the building and whether volunteers should be recruited to help the move; staff indicated most items are already boxed and labeled for straightforward placement.
The board asked for notice about moving timelines and suggested a joint email to coordinate when staff can begin moving racks and shelves back into the branch. Staff said they will send updated details as punch-list items are completed and will confirm the schedule for moving and the Dec. 17 event.
