Catherine Crapo moved to approve the room reservation policy and Irene Hanson seconded; the chair called the vote and members indicated support (the motion passed). The policy will require patrons to reapply for recurring events under the fixed windows, allowing the library to reallocate unused reservations and prevent a single user from monopolizing space.
Board members said staff would publish the policy and enforcement details to patrons; no additional amendments were proposed at the meeting.
