During the discussion, S4 reported a combined figure for clinic revenue and expenditures: "the revenue and the expenditures are gonna be 9,763,251." S3 said that number needs to be integrated into the draft 2025 budget "so that we can at least pass the resolution."
Board members also flagged a separate procedural issue: S5 reported being unable to find a public‑hearing posting or minutes for Feb. 20 and said they would re‑listen to the recording before approving that set of minutes. S3 agreed to hold off on approving that particular set pending the review.
The agenda included an opportunity to approve Resolution 24‑02 MBA and Resolution 24‑03 MBA during the MBA meeting, but S3 said the board could either approve them now or table them and schedule another meeting. The board opted to recess and return to the item after staff had time to update the documents.
S3 closed the MBA portion of the meeting by recessing the authority to allow the commission meeting to proceed; the recess was recorded at 12:07 p.m.
