Resident asks Daggett County about small grant to paint fuel tanks; commissioners encourage applying

"If you're interested in writing it and submitting it, do it," one commissioner said; another noted that local purchases and hiring might strengthen the case but that scoring looks at long-term economic impact and job creation.
