The auditor said these complete the obligation process discussed at an earlier meeting.
Commission business: Speaker 1 moved approval of items 3 through 6 and the board approved the motion with a voice vote. Commissioners discussed "final rules" and administrative completion of the obligation process but did not alter the amounts presented.
