Advisory board votes to forward fee-waiver recommendation for Soil Health Conference to county council

The Cache County Fairgrounds Advisory Board voted to send a recommendation to the county council supporting a fee waiver for a Soil Health Conference proposed for October by the North Cache Conservation District and Blacksmith Fork organizers.

At a presentation to the advisory board, the conference organizer identified himself as "Jace Barnard" and said the two-day event expects roughly 250–300 attendees and has secured a $5,000 grant toward costs.
