The funds, raised through customer round‑up contributions over the past three months, will be used to support school food pantries and other student food‑support programs intended to address food insecurity among district students. "This money will be used to help our school food pantries and for other food support programs that benefit our students," the superintendent said during the report.
The report also included routine acknowledgments and a staff retirement notice for the superintendent’s secretary, accepted effective July 1.
