Bucks County IU homestead agreement: The board approved the 2024–25 Bucks County IU No. 22 homestead/farmstead district agreement, under which the Bucks IU and the Bucks County Assessment Office will coordinate the homestead exclusion notices and the district will pay actual cost per parcel plus postage and related cooperative printing, advertising and mailing costs in December 2024. The motion was seconded by Miss Lafferty and passed 7–0.
