Tyler Hines, one of the applicants, described the concept as a sit‑down Brazilian steakhouse with about 200 seats, a small bar area and roughly 10 employees. “Weinvite all of you to join us when we do start and open,” Hines said during testimony.
No members of the public offered objections during the hearing. Assistant solicitor and staff confirmed the transfer process follows Section 4‑461 of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code and MiddletownTownship Resolution No. 1‑25R, which sets the townshipprocedures for intermunicipal transfers. With no outstanding objections on the record, Chair (speaker 1) moved to approve the transfer; Supervisor (speaker 17) seconded and the motion carried 5–0.
The license will be transferred from Bensalem Township to the proposed Leblanc Brazilian Steakhouse, which the applicants said will operate primarily as an evening sit‑down restaurant. The board recorded no conditions on the transfer. The applicants thanked the supervisors and said they would finalize the build‑out and permitting process prior to opening.
