The Campbell County Fiscal Court on Aug. 7 approved a set of routine and policy items that included two ordinances, several interlocal and service agreements, personnel appointments and routine financial actions.
On second reading the court adopted Ordinance 008-24 to rezone about 10 acres at 13724 Alexandria Pike (US 27) from Agriculture A-1 to Rural Commercial. The court also adopted Ordinance 009-24 to add a three-way stop on Gress Camp Road to improve sight lines and safety near a school and a church. Both ordinances were moved, seconded and adopted by voice votes.
The court approved Resolution R63-24 to participate in formation of the Kentucky Ohio River Recreational Authority (CORA) under KRS chapter 148 and appointed Judge Executive Steve Pendry as Campbell…
