Project staff said they will distribute PDF copies to plan rooms and directly to local contractors to encourage local participation, and asked county members to provide local contact names to ensure outreach reaches newly arrived firms.
The court moved and seconded the approval; a voice vote produced "ayes" and no recorded objections. County staff emphasized that all technical questions should be routed to the designated project contacts (project administrator and project manager) so addenda and clarifications are issued uniformly to all bidders. The advertisement will be published according to the approved schedule so bids can be received before the court’s next meeting.
