The court voted to accept Epiphany Spray Foam’s low bid to apply two inches of closed-cell spray foam in the dorm attic, a measure staff said is needed to bring attic temperatures down so classes can be held. "We bought the place because of its beauty," public commenter Kendall said earlier; court members framed the insulation as a safety and program-enabling step.
