County acknowledges Mountain Ridge annexation for property tied to 'Tortilla King'

After a motion to acknowledge and accept the annexation requests as presented by the city, the board voted in favor.
County staff said this action was the county's acknowledgment of the city's resolutions and does not itself change municipal jurisdiction; any municipal services, zoning or development approvals will be handled by the city according to its procedures.
