The Todd County clerk provided a rundown of upcoming election deadlines and local early‑voting options at the county meeting.

Speaker 4 told the commissioners the voter registration deadline is Oct. 7 and that the county’s online portal (www.yellow.ky.gov as referenced in the transcript) may be used to register or update name and address. She said the absentee portal was open Sept. 21–Oct. 22 for online/mail requests; absentee walk‑in voting at the courthouse will run Oct. 23–30; and early voting at the clerk’s office will be available Oct. 31–Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. She reminded voters to bring photo identification and encouraged residents to contact the clerk’s office with questions.
