At its Oct. 9 meeting the Harrison County Commission cleared a series of routine administrative items on the consent agenda.
The commission approved the consent agenda by voice vote and then approved payroll change notices A–D, requisitions and invoices A–D, and exonerations listed on exhibit A. The commission also approved project fund requisitions tied to bond proceeds for several named projects including Charles Point Economic Opportunity Development District items and Northland Bay improvements.
The assessor requested to donate a vehicle purchased from his Vowel Fund to the Greater Harrison Public Service District; the commission moved to approve that donation and voted to carry the motion. The commission also approved a letter to the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration regarding the Clarksburg Country Club at 199 Club Drive.
Next steps: County staff will process approved requisitions, exonerations, and the donor paperwork for the vehicle transfer; letters and other administrative actions will be sent as approved.
