The board then returned to the original motion to accept the schedule presented by Dr. Ingram; the board accepted the schedule as presented, with June retained as a work session (and an option for a board meeting if needed) and the board retreat remaining on the calendar.
Board members also used the discussion to ask for clearer procedures for placing items on agendas and recommended more notice and email courtesy among members when seeking agenda changes.
The approved meeting schedule will be reflected in the district calendar and used for public notice of future meetings.
