• Item 12c — Side letter with Gardena Municipal Employees Association (GMEA) to expand eligibility for closed promotional examinations to probationary, seasonal, temporary, provisional, transitional and part‑time employees who meet performance requirements: Motion by Councilmember Love; second by Councilmember Francis.
