"This is staff's recommendation to go with the shingle bid from Ironhead Roofing," Tracer said. Councilor Leach moved to approve the Ironhead Roofing bid of $18,896.46 and authorize the Public Works Superintendent to sign the necessary documents; the motion passed unanimously.
The project will be funded from the CEP project line item; staff said they will include any contingency if hidden damage requires further work.
