Bullitt County school projects near substantial completion; board reviews change orders and soil stabilization costs

The staff member said Bernheim Middle School and Bullitt East fine-arts areas are at substantial completion and have received the state’s final certificate of occupancy; staff plan to present formal substantial-completion certificates and closeout documentation to the board in January. "There is one change order on tonight's agenda for additional requests from the Bernheim team to add some more locker room benches as well as change out one door," the facilities staff member said.
