Heather Bevilis, planning supervisor for long-range planning, told attendees there are "28 cases that are ongoing in the Conifer 285 corridor area plan." She described the pre-application process as preliminary and said roughly 40% to 50% of pre-applications never proceed to formal applications because of issues discovered early.
