Staff told the board the final full draft will be published Jan. 6 and reviewed by technical staff before its public release. The public comment window will be Jan. 6–Feb. 7, with a live public-comment meeting scheduled for Feb. 11. Board members were urged to review the draft, share it with networks, solicit input and prepare proposals; proposals resulting from the live public-comment meeting are due Feb. 18. The equity committee recommended targeted outreach to affordable housing and minority contracting organizations and suggested technical experts respond to public comments where appropriate.
