During the Aug. 21 meeting the commission nominated an attendee to serve as Chair Pro Tem for the session; another commissioner seconded the nomination and the panel proceeded under that arrangement.
The commission then considered and approved last month’s minutes. One member said they had read the minutes but had not attended the prior meeting; other members said they had attended and supported approval. Approval was by voice vote.
With procedural items completed, the commission moved to the public‑hearing portion of the agenda for a subdivision application and later adjourned after completing business.
