Justin Wall, identified as a regional account representative with Centurion Industries and Eylert Roof Systems, presented a retrofit standing‑seam metal roof that builds a sloped attic over existing flat roofs, improves longevity and offers warranties. The vendor noted metal panels can be warrantied 45 years and the company provides a 20‑year watertightness installation warranty.
