Trustees discussed the availability of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure but approved the purchase as the immediate operational need.
The board approved the 2026–27 school calendar, which administrators said meets statutory and contractual requirements and includes cushion for weather-related make‑up days so Memorial Day should remain the last day even with multiple snow days.
Finally, trustees approved updates to middle‑ and high‑school program planning guides and several policy second reads (open enrollment and district transfer changes), including an amendment directing administrative clarification of the "10 absence events" language in transfer good-standing rules.
