Town staff reports website, email domain update; commission tentatively sets Jan. 22 meeting

Town staff told the Alta Town Planning Commission that the town’s website was updated in October and that agendas and packets are now posted as a single compiled packet per meeting. Staff said all town staff email addresses have been moved to the townofalta.utah.gov domain and that council and planning commission members will be migrated before the end of the year; users may need to sign into Outlook to resume mailbox access.
The commission agreed to finalize an annual meeting schedule at a future meeting and tentatively set its next meeting for Jan. 22, 2025 at 3 p.m. A formal resolution adopting dates will be placed on the next agenda.
