He said he reported the vehicles to the police department twice and asked whether they could be towed or tagged; city staff said they would follow up with the police chief.
Council or staff representatives confirmed they would speak with police and enforcement staff and asked the resident to follow up if the situation is not resolved. The council did not take immediate formal action during the meeting but recorded the complaint for follow-up with enforcement staff.
