The committee also recommended extending the executive director's contract to May 31, 2026; the executive counsel's contract remains unchanged. The committee vote was unanimous and the full board carried the resolution by voice vote.
The board chair said the committee could enter executive session to discuss the matter further if necessary, but the board approved the resolution during the open meeting.
