Maple Broadband: ARPA funds largely spent; BEAD grants and up to $2 million in borrowing proposed to finish county fiber buildout

No formal vote was recorded on financing; the presentation served as an update to commissioners and staff. The Maple Broadband effort was discussed in the context of state-level communications-unit-districts and broader legislative efforts to expand broadband access.
