Fiscal court adopts Shiloh Cove subdivision streets for county maintenance

Madison County Fiscal Court voted Nov. 26 to adopt five roadways in Shiloh Cove Subdivision Phase 1 for county maintenance under Resolution 2024-116.
Scott, the Madison County Road Supervisor, described the roads recommended for adoption and their dimensions: Ivy Creek Drive (720 feet by 20 feet), North Creek Drive (185 feet by 20 feet), James Thomas Way (751 feet by 20 feet), Payne Drive (712 feet by 20 feet) and Sherman's Lane (916 feet by 20 feet). The resolution states the county will assume maintenance responsibility for pavement, drainage and existing sidewalks on the adopted streets and authorizes the Judge Executive or his designee to execute necessary documentation.
After a brief technical question about a QR code used to separate court-packet pages from website materials, the court moved, seconded and approved the adoption by roll call.
