The court approved on roll call two zoning ordinances on second reading: Ordinance 2024‑O9 to rezone 1700 Red House Road from UC‑7 (agriculture) to UC‑1 (single‑family residential) and Ordinance 2024‑O10 to rezone 3907 and 3911 Irvin Road from RC‑7/C‑7 (agriculture) to UC‑4 (commercial). Both votes followed unanimous recommendations from the Madison County Planning Commission.
