The board approved the May 21, 2024 meeting minutes and unanimously approved renewal of the BoardDocs LT third‑party agenda and policy hosting service at a stated cost of $2,700 for the 2024–25 fiscal year after brief discussion of alternatives. The board also approved annual student service agreements listed in the packet, multiple student discipline agreements, and an agreement with the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit to host an early intervention classroom at Southmoreland Elementary School.
Finance consent items included approval of the monthly treasurer’s report, the General Fund Board Summary Report, and fund accounting and check summaries. One board member asked for clearer text descriptions alongside account codes to improve transparency; the Business Manager said the reports are vendor‑generated 'canned' outputs but offered to provide account‑code crosswalks or supplemental documentation.
Other routine personnel and education items approved included summer ESY rates and the PA Educator subscription renewal. The board removed one agenda item (F8) at the start of the meeting per motion.
