Selectmen approve minutes, accept resignation and grant 2.5% stipend to town employees

Cost-of-living stipend: Citing the Social Security cost-of-living announcement, a Selectman moved to grant a 2.5% cost-of-living stipend to eligible town employees; the motion was seconded and adopted by voice vote.
Nonpublic session: At the end of the public meeting a motion to enter nonpublic session was made and seconded; the board voted in favor and prepared to move into nonpublic.
