Loma Linda Council adopts annexations into landscape district and approves small-lot and ADU ordinances

At the start of scheduled business the City Council held a public hearing and acted on two landscape maintenance district annexations. The City Clerk opened two ballots, one for each annexation, both reported in favor of the assessments. The council adopted Council Resolution R202436, confirming annexation of Annexation No. 78 (Goldcrest, Track 20417) and Annexation No. 79 (Sierra Crest, Track 20442), overruling protests and ordering levy and collection of assessments beginning in fiscal year 2025-26.
