Commissioners flag longstanding blight at Grant Street property; staff to follow up

He’s got a Corvette hanging out front.” Commissioners noted local regulations prohibit dismantling vehicles in yards (that activity is supposed to occur inside a building) and asked staff about enforcement status.
Staff said the matter is on the enforcement list and the assistant planner (Nate) has been working the case, though Nate was not present this week; staff promised to follow up and discuss next steps in a planned zoning enforcement meeting next week to clarify which items can be closed and which require active enforcement.
