"This is, as you see, a C1, this correction," Handy said. Handy asked the committee to print the corrected version for further consideration.
Representative Nicholson moved to introduce the C1. The chair called the vote and announced "nay," declaring the motion failed; no roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript. The bill will not proceed from this committee in its current form unless reintroduced.
