Giuliano said the application proposes silt socks and that cross sections were missing from the packet but can be submitted; he described catch basins on the cul‑de‑sac that will convey roof runoff to infiltration systems outside the jurisdictional area and agreed the commission could add conditions requiring infiltration measures on specified lots.
With no public comment, Commissioner (Speaker 2) moved to close the public hearing; the motion was seconded and the commission voted to close the hearing. The hearing record is closed for this evening, and the applicant indicated readiness to proceed to a decision once the requested technical details (cross sections and infiltration connections) are submitted in advance of a future agenda.
