After discussion the commission set the bond at $7,500 (suggested midpoint between $5,000 and $10,000) and voted to issue the Order of Conditions as amended.
Emergency certification ratification: The chair described flooding behind homes on Lexington/Garden/Willow streets and reported that DPW found a likely blockage near a manhole and requested emergency certification to act. The commission moved, seconded and ratified the emergency DPW certification and agreed to inspect the completed work and remaining debris controls.
