Planning Board endorses two ANR plans and accepts Winter Road Extension documents

WOBURN — At its April 23 meeting the Planning Board handled several routine land-recording items and endorsed staff recommendations for recordation.
The board re-endorsed an Approval Not Required plan for 93 Forest Park Road and Callahan Drive to correct the spelling of an owner’s name and voted to endorse an ANR for 125 and 129 Pearl Street that creates a new parcel A1. Both ANR endorsements were unanimous by voice vote.
On 43 Pool Street (the Winter Road Extension), attorney James Giuliano told the board that covenants, homeowners association documents, and a set of easements (utility and walkway; sewer as shown on multiple sheets; a water easement; and a 10-foot tree belt) had been prepared for acceptance and recording. Staff recommended the board accept the HOA declaration and the easement documents and endorse plans for recordation so the mayor can execute easements and the applicant can close financing. The board accepted the director’s recommendation by voice vote.
Other routine business: the board approved minutes from the previous meeting and then adjourned the April 23 session at approximately 8:02 p.m.
